Supervisors open a register pre-filled from the roster, change only the exceptions and confirm the day.
Hours, overtime and estimated pay
Days worked, leave, sick, absent, hours and overtime are calculated from attendance, never typed, so every report agrees.
Month-end close
Close each site's month to lock it. Changes after close need an authorised adjustment with a reason, and are audited.
